Julie M. Benz, born May 1st 1972 in the United States, is an American actor who is best known for playing Rita Bennett (as in Dexter) for which she received the Satellite Award for Outstanding Actress in an Series (or Mini-Series). Her role was on the show No Ordinary Family until it was cancelled on May 13, 2011. Darla was among the characters most famously known in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Angel.
